                         I.                  Introduction:
Why is it important for health and wellness professionals to develop psychologically, spiritually and physically? What areas do you need to develop to achieve the goals you have for yourself?

As a future health and wellness professional I need to start by improving my own health before I can help others, because am here to influence on other people lives to make them feel better about them self and their health, this is done by helping them in their biological, psychological, spiritual and physical wellness. The public need more doctors who would focus specifically on their needs not on the general need of a doctor. It is important that we as health care professionals start with our personal self to create a health path for our patients. We always need to lead by example to our clients can know what they should expect from us.

                      II.                  Assessment:
How have you assessed your health in each domain? How do you score your wellness spiritually, physically, and psychologically?

I feel like to develop and flourish in integral health I need to start by deleting all the negativities around and start by focusing on me and all the good and positive things around me that would keep me moving forward. During this course I have learn how to control my anger and fast impulse of acting or reacting to any comment, know I have learn how to control myself and how to take steps to stay calm to each and every comment, I learn to keep my emotion in place and not show anger just smile trout life this makes me stronger and a better me, I just need to keep fallowing this path and keep improving myself.

                   III.                  Goal development:
List at least one goal you have for yourself in each area, Physical, Psychological (mental health) and Spiritual.

Psychological: I will control my anger and not let it take over my feeling I will stop and think before I react to anything that anyone has to say to me, I will make sure it will be and stay in control at all time.

Physical: I need to stop thinking of the after moth and just start working our this is important to improve my health so I need to just get up and star with something small, at least add a morning walk, park my car far at the store so I can walk a little, just take it one step at a time.

Spiritual: I need to get in touch with my spiritual side and get closer to god, I am a believer but I don’t attend mass like I need to our get involve at all with my spiritual side, my kids are in Christian school and I will get closer to god with them.

                   IV.                  Practices for personal health:
What strategies can you implement to foster growth in each of the following domains; Physical, Psychological, and Spiritual. Provide at least two examples of exercises or practices in each domain. Explain how you will implement each example.

Physical: this a good way to help any health condition your body is going thru, flexing your body or working out as little as it may be it help move those bone, this helps with insomnia, and even lower back pain. Yoga is also good exercise to help stabilize your mental health as well as your mind, body and spirit.

Psychological: what you do in your daily life benefits your wellness and mental health. This could be done by the little walk you take, meditation or even your favored hobbies can help you achieve a better mental health, so you can think clearly and make the right decision that benefit you and others.

Spiritual: I should take time to myself to think about me and get in touch with my spirituality, this means when I wake up in the morning I should start by tanking good for one more day of life, for me and my family. I should focus on all the good things that I have and the blessings that surround me.

                      V.                  Commitment:
How will you assess your progress or lack of progress in the next six months? What strategies can you use to assist in maintaining your long-term practices for health and wellness?

Commitment is something I thing we all need to look forward to some of us are scared of it some start but don’t finish, we need to take the proper step to get on track and one step at a time. This need to come from deep inside you and need to be accompanied by simple things like forgiveness, love, gratitude to help make your commitment much more satisfying to you. This is the simple way to reach the integral health and flourishing that we may want for our self.

  1.  This is something to think about as a full time mother, and a full time worker i have no time to do absolutely nothing am always running around with my kids, and when am not doing that am running around at work, time is what i don't have.  Mental work out can help me keep a better control of what is going on around me and i can even have a better focus of to where am going to  be. but first i need to discipline my self to start.
